PrSeo7 Website Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
This policy covers the website prseo7.github.io (the home page, the app pages such as /easyvocab/, and this page). It explains what data the site handles, why, and what you can do about it. PrSeo7, an independent app developer, is the data controller for the processing described here; contact: hello.prseo7@gmail.com.
Each PrSeo7 app has its own privacy policy, listed at the end of this page. This policy does not cover the apps.
The short version
- The site has no accounts, no forms and no ads. It never asks for your name or e-mail address.
- We use Google Analytics only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Decline” or ignore the banner, no analytics data is sent and no analytics cookies are set.
- You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of the home page and of each app page.
- We run no server of our own and receive no data about you directly.
What is collected
Google Analytics (only after you accept)
If you accept, the home page and the app pages load Google Analytics 4 and send Google:
- the pages you view and the links you click on them (including links to the App Store and Google Play)
- page load times
- your browser, device type, operating system, screen size and language
- an approximate location (country and city) that Google derives from your IP address
Google Analytics sets two cookies in your browser, _ga (to tell visitors apart) and _ga_<id> (to keep track of the current visit). Both expire after 2 years unless you clear them or withdraw consent. For visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland, Google says it uses the IP address only to derive the location and then discards it, without logging or storing it.
We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization for this site, and we do not link Google Analytics to any advertising product.
Your cookie choice
Your choice (“accepted” or “declined”) is saved in your browser’s local storage so the banner does not show again. It never leaves your browser.
Technical requests every website makes
To show the site, your browser connects to these services, which see your IP address and browser details as part of any web request:
- GitHub (GitHub Pages), which hosts this site
- Google Fonts, which serves the site’s font
- Cloudflare (cdnjs), which serves the site’s icons
We receive none of this data. Each service handles it under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it, and the legal basis (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
| Purpose |
Legal basis |
| Google Analytics: learning which pages and apps visitors are interested in |
Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time |
| Saving your cookie choice |
Needed to respect that choice (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)) |
| Hosting, fonts and icons |
Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): showing the site to you reliably |
We make no automated decisions about you. You do not have to give us any data: if you decline analytics, the site works exactly the same.
Who receives the data
- Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) receives the Google Analytics data, and only if you accept. Google processes it on our behalf under its data processing terms (https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/); how Google uses data from sites that use its services is explained at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- GitHub, Google Fonts and Cloudflare receive the technical request data described above.
Nobody else receives data from this site, and we do not sell or share it. No data is transferred to us at all.
Google may process the data in the United States. Google relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers (https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks).
How long it is kept
- Google Analytics deletes visit-level data after at most 14 months (our retention setting in Google Analytics). Reports that only show totals, with no individual visitor in them, are kept for longer.
- The analytics cookies expire after 2 years, or earlier if you withdraw consent or clear your cookies.
- Your saved cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear its site data.
Your choices and rights
- Withdraw consent: click “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of the home page or any app page, then “Decline”. Analytics stops at once, and the site deletes its analytics cookies from your browser.
- Block it yourself: clearing your cookies, using private browsing, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) also stops collection.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. We hold no identifier that links Google Analytics records to you, so we cannot find, show or delete an individual visitor’s records (GDPR Article 11). Withdrawing consent stops all further collection, and the records expire as described above.
- Complaints: you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (EU list: https://www.edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en; UK: https://ico.org.uk; Switzerland: https://www.edoeb.admin.ch). We would appreciate the chance to help first.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA).
About this policy
This page describes how the site handles data; it is not a request for your agreement. The site asks for consent separately, in the cookie banner, where consent is required. We will update this page when the site changes and revise the “Last Updated” date.

App privacy policies
Change history
- September 30, 2026: First version, published together with the cookie banner that asks for consent before Google Analytics loads.
- September 30, 2026 (later the same day): Scope extended to the app landing pages (/jlpt-vocab-master/, /easyvocab/, /ko/easyvocab/, /provocab/, /tabata-timer/), which use the same cookie banner and Google Analytics setup.
